I journey alongside teens and adults of all genders experiencing…

Stress, anxiety, and depression

Grief and loss

Relational challenges

Life transitions

Emotional dysregulation

The inevitable unknowns of being human

My work tenderly supports those seeking to make sense of their lives, to tell a different story, and to broaden their capacity for safety, joy, hope, connection, contentment, and love.

nature-based sessions

I meet clients outside in various parks around Squamish, BC, collaborating with the natural world to engage the healing process. The land acts as a co-therapist in this process, providing spaciousness to hold what arises for you. When we engage with the land intentionally, it can offer mirroring, metaphor, and witness to help us make sense of our experiences. Along the way, a web of connections is built between you and the land, a relationship available anytime to offer support.

Sessions typically begin with a practice to root us in presence and place. Based on your needs in each session, a blend of movement and stillness will be struck. We will find a space that feels supportive to you, most often away from other people. Depending on the weather and season, we may be accompanied by tea, a tarp and seating pads.

online sessions

For those beyond Squamish who feel called to this work, I offer 50-minute online video sessions. Meet me from a space that feels comfortable to you. We work collaboratively to develop increased awareness and access practices to support your healing and nervous system.

We start each session with a grounding practice as a way for you to safely get to know your nervous system and to bring us together. From there, we tend to what you bring to the session through talking, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices. If integrating the land into our work is important to you, we can weave land-based practices into your between-session experience, helping you build a meaningful relationship with the land that holds you.
